DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The rates that we charge for shipping and handling at checkout are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners and are calculated based on the price total of the merchandise in your cart.

For standard shipping, we aim to deliver your parcel within 5 business days of your order being placed. Please allow one business day for processing.  

Ground shipments can take 1-5 days to arrive to addresses within the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events. We will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer service at info@tingedaily.com if you do not receive your package in 15 days.

Should you wish to receive your order sooner, we do offer expedited UPS shipping as an alternative from our standard service. Expedited packages are subject to an additional $15-$25 charge, depending on weight of the package. For same day processing, orders must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of the USA)

At this time Tinge Daily only ships to Canada.

RETURN POLICY

What is your guarantee and return policy?

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for all orders returned within 7-days from the day that you receive your order. For all returns, a flat fee of $20.00 for shipping will be deducted from the amount due. After the 7-day return policy, returns can only be exchanged for store credit. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt of purchase.

Sale and clearance item purchases are final and cannot be returned for either refunds or exchanges.  

How do I make a return or exchange an item? 

We hope you greatly enjoy your Tinge Daily™ product. However, in the rare event that you want to exchange it, we’d be more than happy to assist you.

Should you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at hello@tingedaily.com. We will e-mail you a return label. Please securely place the returned item in the original carton and ship it back to us. All items are subject to inspection once received. You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee.

Items should be returned new, unused in original packaging and with all tags still attached.

We may not accept merchandise, which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below.

If you sign up for one of the Monthly Tinge Subscriptions, you will be immediately billed (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that month’s Subscription will be the first order you receive. Your credit card will be charged up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent Monthly Tinge Subscription shipment date, and every month thereafter. All Subscriptions ship prior to the 15th of the month.

Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.

In order to cancel your Subscription, you must email us at hello@tingedaily.com and specifically indicate that you wish to cancel your Subscription. There are no cancellation fees. If you purchased your subscription through a Tinge promotion offering the first month for free, you may cancel after your second month of Subscription payment.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal.
